We want to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. Please choose the option below that applies to you.
Returns / Exchange
by Post
How to return by post
- Stick the returns label onto your parcel.
- Include your returns note or delivery note inside the parcel.
- Take your parcel to the Post Office or your chosen courier.
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.
We recommend sending your parcel back using a tracked or recorded service. If your parcel is lost and you cannot provide proof of postage when requested, you may be held responsible.
Refunds
Please use the returns label and form provided with your order.
- Part returns may remove the bundle discount.
- This may result in an additional charge or a reduced refund.
- You can return the full bundle for a full refund.
Exchanges
Please send items back for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement items.
You may exchange for another size within the same pack, subject to availability.
Returns / Exchange
In-Store
You can also return or exchange your items at your local School Uniform Direct store.
Refunds
- Return your items to the store and the team will process the refund via our Mail Order Team.
- Please allow 5–7 working days from receipt at the store or warehouse for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
- Please bring your delivery note with you — this acts as your receipt.
- If the item is in stock, the store can exchange it for another size or style.
- If the item is not in stock, the store may place an order for you in-store.
